The quantity of Non-seed may decrease/increase at the time of supply. A Tenderer
can participate in any one or more or all of the crops as above. He will have to
deposit EMD, for those crops for which, participation is done. A. TWO BID
SYSTEMS: Two separate sealed envelopes should be submitted, as per details given
below: 1. ENVELOPE NO.1 (SEALED) The envelope should be addressed to Director
Seed & Farms, Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour-813210 and should be marked
as ENVELOPE No.1- TECHNIAL BID FOR DISPOSAL OF NON-SEED and should contain
papers viz EMD, cost of tender document/Proof of cost of tender document,
Technical Bid as per Performa (Annexure- I) duly filled up and all other pages
of tender document except financial bid. The same has been marked as Part-I
(Technical Bid) in the tender document. The tenderer should also submit copies
of documents in support of eligibility criteria along with technical bid only.

along with seal on left hand side of the sealed envelope for clear
identification. Tenderer should also mention tender No. on the top of the sealed
envelope.
