Description - Description: Removal and replacement of the roof at Hermitage Lane depot. This procurement is being conducted by Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Mansfield District Council.The works consist of the removal of the ACM and non ACM roof cover ings to the existing warehouse based at the hermitage lane depot for Mansfield district council with new roof coverings installed. The existing building consist of a steel frame structure to which strengthening works are to be carried out to accommodate solar panels (solar panels by others) the warehouse is approx. 107m x 35m and 6m high.
