Description - Description: Donegal County Council is commencing the preparation of the Six Strategic Towns Local Area Plan 2026 (covering the settlements of Carndonagh, Bridgend, An Clochan Liath (Dungloe), Killybegs, Donegal Town and Ballyshannon) and is seeking tenders from a suitably qualified consultancy with relevant expertise for the provision of Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) including related services: including a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment Report (SFRAR) and a revised SFRAR with respect to any relevant Proposed Material Alterations which may be made to the Draft Local Area Plan. The new Six Strategic Towns Local Area Plan will provide the statutory land use/development planning frame
