Description - Description: Establish a DPS (Dynamic Purchasing system) for the provision of school, social care and other transport by Taxi/Private Hire Car (PHC)– 8 or less passenger seats. This is to meet the education and social care needs of children and vul nerable adults as well as other passenger or goods transport requirements.
