Description - Description: This consultation is conducted by open call for tenders in accordance with Articles R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). The contract is a single lot and will be the subject of a framework agreement wit h the issue of purchase orders without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in application of Article R. 2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement concerns the services of emptying, cleaning of pits, unblocking of pipes, cleaning of grease traps and maintenance of hydrocarbon separators in the city of Lille, its associated municipalities and their CCAS.
