Description - Description: The Proposal consists of equipment supply and related services to City’s Montpelier WRRF for the procurement of new dryer and ATT equipment and associated appurtenances. Technical specifications for the new equipment and associated app urtenances (Goods and Special Services) are included in this Request for Proposal, as well as other general sections (Division 01, et al.) that are referenced therein.
