Description - Description: This is a design-build project for the demolition of Dorm 631. Work under the design portion of this project shall include providing two (2) 10% conceptual drawings to show the intent of the project, then using these drawings to provide a 100% construction drawing in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
