Description - The purpose of this consultation is to select an operator with a view to concluding a concession contract of the public service delegation type relating to the design, financing, construction and operation of the Planguenoual UVE as well as the to th e operation of the existing UIOM until its dismantling. The future Concessionaire will have the mission of ensuring, at its own expense and risk, the operation of the UIOM and the UVE of Planguenoual. The contract will also have the purpose of entrusting the Concessionaire with the design, financing and execution of the Mandatory Works described in the consultation documents.
