Description - Description: Dublin City Council proposes to award Tender contracts (here after called concession(s)) for the provision of ice cream and refreshments at the 8 locations named below. These will be awarded in 8 lots (one for each location) for a period of one year. Dublin City Council, at its’ sole discretion, has the option to extend the concession at any of the locations for a further three periods of one year each (total four years). The concession awarded will be for the operation of a van or other mobile unit, which must be removed from the location at the end of each trading day.
