Description - Description: Dudley MBC's Housing Maintenance Team (HMT) has a requirement for the repair and replacement of wholesome water services above and below ground, to include large-scale water pipelines e.g. multi-occupancy buildings, flats, schools and of fices to council owned properties throughout the Dudley Borough.The Council is looking for a single contractor to provide these services for a continuous cycle of services over a 3 year's period with an option of a no-fault break clause after 12 months.
