Description - This is a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The contracting authority is the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA).The contracting authority has, at irregular intervals, a need to procure different types of containers for its materiel disposal acti vities. The containers will primarily be used for the storage and transport of materiel. NDMA would like to establish a "pool" of suppliers who are able to deliver both new and second hand containers with different requirements specification. Therefore, the contracting authority uses a dynamic purchasing system so that specific emerging needs can be covered by holding contests among the tenderers who are qualified in the dynamic purchasing system
