Description - Dynamic purchasing system regarding existing ground and road works such as snow removal, sanding, planing, trenching, salting, digging, demolition, etc. The system may be used by other contracting authorities (UM) or units (UE). If there is a framewo rk agreement in a specific area, it must apply to calls in the first place and DIS should act as a complement to it. Procedure: Suppliers apply for qualification into the system (qualification phase), after which existing contracts in defined areas and tasks are continuously put out to competition. The validity period of this DIS is 6 years from 2020-12-22. The period of validity may be changed according to LOU ch. 8 § 6.
