Description - The Borough Council of Calderdale (the Council) is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) with Service Providers who meet the Selection Criteria set out in the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) for home to school/college transport services in Calderdale. If selected, Service Providers will be eligible to bid for Services through mini-competitions issued under the DPS.
