Description - Description: The purpose of DNS is to include suppliers in this system and subsequently award public contracts within DNS for a period of 10 years (2025-2035). The subject of public contracts will be the purchase of cationic asphalt emulsion for perf orming emulsion repairs on roads in partial public contracts (minitenders). The supplied asphalt emulsion must meet the following technical requirements:- cationic - nominal binder content min. 63% (by weight) - binder - road asphalt - emulsion penetration value by test according to valid, ČSN EN, currently ČSN EN 1426 ( 657062) Asphalts and asphalt binders - Determination of penetration with a needle will be 70-100 - fast-breaking - unmodified
