Description - This is a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The contracting authority is the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency [Forsvarsmateriell (FMA)].The contracting authority needs to periodically set up semi-permanent and temporary storage halls or office barrac ks in connection with major procurements or when disposing of phased-out equipment.
