Description - The aim of this procurement procedure is to introduce DNS for a period of 48 months. The contracting authority envisages the awarding of public contracts in DNS at predetermined irregular intervals depending mainly on the operational needs of the con tracting authority. The contracting authority also assumes the volumes of individual public contracts entered in DNS from units to dozens of units in a specific public contract. The subject matter of individual public contracts entered in DNS, including technical, commercial and contractual conditions, will always be defined in the call for tenders in the sense of § 141 ZZVZ.
