Description - Description Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from individuals or groups interested in entering into a management agreement for the Dalrymple Saleyard Canteen for a period of 3 years from the date of acceptance by Council.The successful appl icant is to ensure that the venue is open and available to the public on all Council advertised sale days providing breakfast, snack, drink and lunch options and also on the days before each sales day event to provide catering to all applicable Stock Agents and affiliated patron / staff supplying breakfast, lunch and dinner options as required.Details of the proposed agreement are provided with this EOI and are identified as “Saleyards Canteen
