Description - Description: PSPC has a requirement for the provision of equipment, labour, plant, and materials to complete minor dredging work of Class "B" material throughout Western Newfoundland and Southern Labrador on an as and when requested basis. It is PSPC ’s intention to authorize up to 3 standing offers on the basis of Right of First Refusal. Duration: 1 year with 1 optional year.
