Description - Description: Sealed Bids for the construction of the East State Street Reconstruction Project – Contract No.1 will be received by the City Of Montpelier, at the office of the Public Works Director, attention Kurt Motyka, P.E., 783 Dog River Road, M ontpelier, VT 05602 until 2:00 PM local time on December 4th, 2024 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in the City Council Chambers.
