Description - Description: Architectural services for the "Eckenerhaus" cultural monument to be renovated. Service phases 1 - 3 of the HOAI 2021, from the basic investigation to the design planning, were prepared by the Lorenzen architectural office in Flensburg. They were supplemented by an in-depth inventory investigation in conjunction with several reports, extensive measurements and photo documentation, see explanatory report and design planning. The office had to be dissolved at the end of service phase 3 as a result of insolvency and no longer exists. After awarding and revising LP 3 and political approval, it is planned to submit an application to the state for funding for the individual measure. I
