Description - Description: The desired services require economic, accounting and financial skills with a view to monitoring public service delegation contracts (CDSP). It is also expected to monitor the evolution of the regulation of environmental standards for ma ritime transport between Corsica and the French continent. The expected services should enable the OTC to determine the financial impact and study the proposals made by the delegates within the framework of, among other things, article 11.2 of the CDSP contracts, and to support it in decision-making.
