Description - Description: The market will test the effectiveness of an antibody, directed against a target, on tumor growth in a humanized mouse model. Immunodeficiency mice will be grafted with human tumor and immune cells in order to study immunotherapy approac hes, monotherapy or combination with other treatments. The mice (NSG, our/SCID, or equivalent) will be grafted with a tumor line of human cancer of human origin (for example, the HCC1954 line), expressing the target. The transplant may be subcutaneous or orthotopic. The mice will then be injected with mononucleated cells of human blood (PBMCS) or pre-activated T lymphocytes, intravenously, in the presence of the antibody of interest or controls.
