Description - Description: East Herts Council is seeking to increase the number of publicly available charge points across the district via entering a mutually beneficial concession contract with an EV Charge Point Operator to install, manage and maintain a minimu m of 60 charge points in its car parks. The charge points are to be spread across the district and providing at least 10 DC chargers.
