Description - The agreement includes charging points for vehicles at Mimer's properties. The Supplier's commitment includes installing, operating and maintaining as well as providing a payment solution for users of the charging points. Mimer reimburses the Supplie r directly for the installation of the Passive equipment of the charging points and Mimer will own the Passive equipment after installation. The agreement is a service concession and the Supplier bears all operational risk with regard to how the service is used for charging.
