Description - Description: Contract description: The contract has as its object the maintenance of the electric elevator according to the CNCIR legislation, PT R2-2010, the elevator being type MRL, SELE brand, 6 persons, 480 kg, automatic doors at the cabin and la nding, electronic control panel with frequency converter. The contract includes: 1) monthly maintenance (for 11 months), which includes the operations provided for in PT R2-2010; 2) an annual inspection of the elevator, according to PT R2-2010, before the CNCIR verification deadline (in October 2025)/and in the month in which the inspection is carried out, the monthly maintenance is no longer performed); 3) preparation of all necessary documents
