1. INTRODUCTION:
Prayagraj Power Generation Company Limited (PPGCL) owns and operates 3x660 MW capacity Indian
coal based thermal power generation station based on pulverized coal-based super-critical boiler
technology.
PPGCL requires the services of competent parties having experience in Electrical annual maintenance of
PPGCL town ship for 3 x 660 MW, Super Critical Power Plant at Bara, U.P. The tendering/ procurement
activities for this Project are being managed from Prayagraj Power’s following Office:

2. SCOPE OF WORK:
The brief scope of work shall comprise of round the clock Routine, Preventive, Breakdown
and any emergency nature job for PPGCL Township & associated area to supply 24*7 Power
at Township & other associated area. For smooth functioning fast response in case of
breakdown it is proposed to keep one 24x7 vehicle for mobilization of manpower &
transportation of spares.
The vendor shall maintain proper and detailed records for the job carried out by their
employees and shall also maintain all records and returns as necessary for carrying out the
work smoothly. All jobs to be carried out in consultation with PPGCL
EngineerTroubleshooting of related problems along with root cause analysis for prevention
of repetitive failures is in the scope of work. The contractor must also assist PPGCL
engineer with day-to-day routine activities and planning, providing solutions for system
improvement and to increase reliability of the system.
Detailed Scope of Work for this Contract shall be provided in the Tender / RFQ document to
all potential buyers submitting the valid EOI with due tender fees.
3. TENDER FEE & TIMELINES:
a) Interested parties meeting the "Bidder Pre-Qualification Requirements" specified under point no. 4 in
this document can request tender document and participate in the bidding process by submitting the
Expression of Interest (EOI) Letter along with the Tender Fee (as indicated in Table 1) payment details
to the contact details mentioned below not later than deadline specified below. Request for extension
of EOI submission date will not be entertained and EOIs submitted beyond this deadline may be liable
for rejection.

4. BIDDER PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bidder must fulfill the following bidder pre-qualification requirement / criteria to qualify for the subject
work. Bidder will be required to submit relevant supporting documents to demonstrate their qualification
during the bid submission stage against Tender document / RFQ and bidders not found meeting the
pre-qualification requirements given below will be disqualified from the tender.
4.1 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT:
a) The bidder should have a minimum of 02 years of experience in Town ship Electrical
maintenance round the clock routine, Preventive, breakdown, and conditioning monitoring of the
electrical system of same capacity of town ship.
b) The bidder must have executed at least two (2) orders each of value Rs. 0.7 Crore/year of more
for similar work (town ship) during the previous five years
c) The bidder must have at least two running contracts of the same capacity of town ship and
above.
4.2 FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT:
The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs.2.6 Crore during the last three
financial years. FY 20-21, FY 21-22, FY22-23 (Attach the certificate from Charted Accountant in this
regards) It may be noted that the above requirements are minimum qualification criteria. However,
PPGCL reserves its right to further assess the capabilities of the parties and reserves its right
