The facility was constructed in 1972 and is owned by the Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by GEF Seniors Housi ng. The existing 3 Phase – 4 wire Federal Pacific suite distribution panels located in the corridors on each Lodge floor are original to the building and need replacing.
