Description - Description: The subject of the public contract is a spectrometer that will enable the use of EELS, STEM-EELS mapping, EFTEM chemical mapping, EFTEM imaging and diffraction (including filtered 4D-STEM) and various 4D-STEM techniques. The spectrometer will be installed on a TEM TITAN Themis 60-300 microscope in the CEITEC BUT laboratory. The spectrometer will be optimized for monochromatic EELS with electron energy resolution below 100 meV and equipped with a "Q-slit" aperture for EELS magnetic dichroism measurements.
