Description - Description: The Judiciary, State of Hawai‘i seeks quotes from expert legal consultants to provide services for the Electronic Benchbook project. The Judiciary will contract with an individual to research, prepare, organize, and write material for the Benchbook Civil Chapter update. The Contractor shall work with the Judiciary’s Judicial Education Committee to identify the relevant materials to be included in the Benchbook, as well as the scope of the materials to be included in the project.The Contractor will operate as an independent contractor.
