Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is to provide electronic signature and archiving solutions. This involves: - the rental of a software solution for initialing documents allowing the electronic signature (SSE) of documents relating to the adm inistrative, educational and scientific activity of Université Côte d'Azur (UniCA); - the rental of an electronic archiving system based on third-party archiving (SAE) for current and intermediate archives produced and received by UniCA. Mixed-price framework agreement Framework agreement with tranches (one firm tranche and one optional tranche). A PSE exists for each lot and is detailed in the CCAP.
