Description - Description: By its decree No. 71-2025-01-15-00003 of January 15, 2025, ADEME is responsible for securing the former ELIPOL landfills in Montchanin (71). These services include in particular: - management and disposal of leachate emitted by the landf ills; - treatment of gaseous effluents emitted by the landfills (checking proper operation, changing activated carbon as often as necessary, ); - carrying out maintenance work (landscaping, road maintenance, fencing, rainwater recovery culverts, the Étang des Écrasés outlet); - inspection and maintenance of all infrastructure (buildings, wells, tanks, pumps, drains); - monitoring of settlements and deformation at the household waste landfill.
