Dated:- 08.06.2026 / Empanelment of Event Management Agencies for executing State level, National level and International level events Organized or participated by Directorate of Tourism, Government of Jharkhand The Directorate of Tourism (DoT), Govt. of Jharkhand intends to Empanel Event Management Agencies for executing State level, National level and International level events Organized or participated by Directorate of Tourism, Government of Jharkhand therefore, invites interested agencies to submit their Bids. Interested agencies may download the document from 08/06/2023, 17:00 Hours onwards from the Department of Tourism website:–www.tourism.jharkhand.gov.in/ and submit their Applications. The Bid Due Date is on 23/06/2023 at 1200 hours. A Technical Bid & Financial Bid opening Conference will be held on 23/06/2023 at 1230 Hours at the office of Directorate of Tourism (DoT), Govt. of Jharkhand. All subsequent notifications, changes and amendments will be posted only on the websitewww.tourism.jharkhand.gov.in DoT reserves the right to cancel this invitation and/or invite fresh Bid with or without amendments to this invitation, without liability or any obligation for such invitation and without assigning any reason. Note: Previously Empanelled Event Management Agencies (EMA's) need not require to participate in this tender. Request for proposal is invited for Empanelment of Event Management Agencies for executing State level, National level and international level events organized or participated by Department of Tourism, Govt. of Jharkhand. 1.2.
