Description - Description Hå municipality (hereafter called the contracting authority) plans to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of services that include emptying ferists, sand trap manholes, septic tanks in scattered houses, c ameras and flushing sealed sewer pipes. The contracting authority reserves the right to announce major work on tender offers. The contracting authority reserves the right to use special vehicles (e.g. vacuum excavators, super washers) that the contracting authority can request prices from other suppliers. Only companies with a licence from the municipality can empty private interceptors for sludge, cf. the Pollution Act § 30, third section. The
