Description - Public service contract subject to the provisions of the public procurement code and in particular articles L2123-1 and R2123-1 et seq. and L2125-1 and R2162-1 et seq. The Cc-Cvv brings together 54 municipalities and exercises Public Service competen ce of Non-Collective Sanitation (Spanc). The Spanc ensures control of the design and implementation of new or rehabilitated installations. If current regulations do not require the Spanc to set up a maintenance service, elected officials have nevertheless chosen to offer users this service. This collective approach aims to develop regular maintenance which is generally not practiced
