Description - Description: The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interest in and their qualifications for a subsequent procurement process for the Energy as a Service Project.RDP is seeking to enhance energy e fficiency, reduce energy consumption and reduce Greenhouse Gass emissions. Based on these Responses, RDP intends to qualify the number of Respondents set out in RFQ Section 4.3.4 (STEP 4 - Selection) in accordance with RFQ Section 4.3 (Qualifications Review Criteria), to be invited to participate in the next stage of the Competitive Selection Process, the RFP Stage.
