Description - Description: A web-based energy monitoring system (EOS) must be delivered to monitor, record, report, present and analyze energy consumption and performance history in the property portfolio of Oslobygg KF (OBF). The EOS system shall contribute to in creased awareness and control of own energy consumption, and shall, through detailed monitoring of consumption, be able to uncover and highlight opportunities for energy savings. In addition, the system must be able to be used to document which energy-saving measures provide good and lasting savings.
