Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is the energy renovation work of the Lévis Saint Nom school group. The work includes: ITE, replacement of exterior joinery, installation of wooden frame sunshades, de-waterproofing of part of the courtyard a nd minor finishing work. As an indication, a period of 10 months is planned for the execution of the work, including the one-month site preparation period. The work is planned in phases over the school holidays between the Christmas 2024 school holidays and the 2025 summer holidays. This contract is awarded according to the adapted procedure in application of articles L2123-1 and R2123-1 1° et seq. of the Public Procurement Code. Candidates are
