Request for Proposal (RFP) For Engagement of Agency for providing Micro Digital Footprint
to ANDHRA PRADESH DIGITAL CORPORATION LIMITED, GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA
PRADESH
APDC invites Proposals from qualified and experienced agencies for providing Micro Digital
Footprint to Andhra Pradesh Digital Corporation Limited.
Interested Agencies/Bidders, who qualify as per the criteria mentioned in the document, may
submit their proposals through the process prescribed by APDC. Your application should
reach APDC latest by 27 April 2023 till 5.00 P.M.
Bidder has to submit a fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) along with their
application. RFP with more details can be obtained from the websites of I&PR department (

FACTSHEET
1 The method of selection is: QCBS (Weightage of 70 for Technical and 30 for
Financial criteria)
2 a. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) - Bidders need to submit an amount of Rs.
2,00,000/- in the form of DD.
b. Bid processing fee of Rs. 5,000/- non refundable
3 Agencies for providing Micro Digital Footprints to AP Digital Corporation Limited
4 Language of Proposal: English
5 The Nodal Agency/ Govt. Departments / Competent Authority will decide upon further
increase or decrease of the Scope of Work subject to the terms & conditions of the
agreement
6 Taxes: As applicable
7 Opening and presentations
8 Proposals will remain valid for at least 180 days after the last date of submission of
bid
9 Agencies/Bidders must submit proposals as per formats specified in this RFP
10 Proposals must be submitted no later than the following date and time:
17:00 hrs. 27 April, 2023

communicated to the bidders by posting it on the website of APDC (https://apdc.ap.gov.in/) and/or
Andhra Pradesh I&PR Dept. Website (https://ipr.ap.nic.in/). Neither APDC nor their employees and
associates will have any liability to any prospective respondent of the RFP or any other person under
the law of contract to the principles or resolution or unjust enrichment or otherwise for any loss,
expense or damage which may raise from or be incurred or suffered in connection with anything
contained in the RFP document, any matter deemed to form part of the RFP document, the award
of the Assignment, the information and any other information supplied by or on behalf of APDC or
their employees and RFP respondent or otherwise arising in any way from the selection process for
the assignment. APDC or, its employees and advisers make no representation or warranty and shall
have no liability to any person including any Applicant under any law, statute, rules or regulations or
tort, principles of restitution or unjust enrichment or otherwise for any loss, damages, cost or expense
which may arise from or be incurred or suffered on account of anything contained in this RFP or
otherwise, including the accuracy, adequacy, correctness, reliability or completeness of the RFP and
any assessments, assumption, statement or information contained therein or deemed to form part
of this RFP or arising in any way in this Selection process.
Information provided in this document or imparted to any respondent as part of RFP process is
confidential to APDC and shall not be used by the respondent for any other purpose, distributed to,
or shared with any other person or organization.
The Applicant shall bear all its costs associated with or relating to the preparation and submission
of its Proposal including but not limited to preparation, copying, postage, delivery fees, expenses
with any demonstration or presentation which may be required by the Authority, or any other costs
incurred in connection with or relating to its Proposal. All such costs and expenses will remain with
the Applicant and the Authority shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the same or for any
other costs or other expenses incurred by an Applicant in preparation for submission of the Proposal,
regardless of the conduct or outcome of the Selection process.
