It consists of two above-ground floors. The structural system of the building is mixed - monolith ic reinforced concrete, roofs - from prefabricated reinforced concrete panels above the sports halls and a monolithic reinforced concrete slab above the administration, the structural scheme is skeletal - beam. The roofs are pitched, covered with LT sheet metal. The facade walls are made of brickwork with applied plaster.The drainage of the roof is external by means of gutter pipes made of galvanized sheet metal, which descend along the facades,
