Description - Description: The City of Norwalk and Norwalk Public Schools are soliciting proposals (Request for Proposals/RFP’s) from qualified Mechanical Engineers/Architects to perform design services of building HVAC equipment and systems at six public school facilities. The conceptual design, together with professional cost estimates were provided to obtain the grant monies with DAS- Office of School Construction Grant and Review.
