Description - Description: The municipality of Griesstätt, with almost 3,000 inhabitants, has its own sewage treatment plant, located on St 2359. The sewage treatment plant is operated by a private operator and currently has an annual capacity of around 240,000 m 3 of wastewater. In heavy rain, the proportion of rainwater from the sewage system is up to 70%. The upstream rainwater retention basin has a capacity of 2,300 m3.
