Description - Description: This pre-announcement concerns the intention to launch a public European tender for the engineering service for the preparation and realisation of the Vloedbelt connection. The Vloedbelt connection is a new road connection on the Almelo- Hengelo/Enschede corridor. It is a high-quality provincial road (N743) between Almelo and Borne to replace the existing route through the centres of Zenderen and Borne. It concerns approximately 6.5 kilometres of road with 5 roundabouts and 12 structures (tunnels, viaducts, railway underpass and culverts). The PIP will be adopted by the Provincial Council of Overijssel in mid-2024 and the preparatory work for the realisation will have started. A
