Description - Description: The core of the assignment is to achieve an integral, realistic and feasible reference design, with a balanced, limited and controlled risk profile for both the client and the future contractor of the work (contractor). This reference de sign must be - based on an integrated contract - tendered, after which the contract is successfully tendered.
