Description - Description: The Town of Chittenden is seeking consulting engineering services to conduct a scoping and design study for a 0.7 mile section of Wildcat Road (Town Highway 23, gravel surface) that runs along East Creek near Leffert's Pond. The goal is to evaluate options for the needed infrastructure repair with adherence to the current VT Roads and Bridge Standards. The scope of work will be to study and understand two problematic low-lying road segments within the study area and to assess how wetlands, wildlife habitat and hydrology can be improved and restored, and how East Creek can gain more access to its floodplain and river corridor through roadway improvements.
