Description - Description: The U.S. Army’s Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) is issuing a competitive Request for Prototype Proposals (RFPPs) with the intent of awarding one (1) or more Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (OTAP) i n accordance with (IAW) 10 U.S.C. § 4022.
