Description - Description: The HUSKROUA ENI Cross-Border Cooperation Programme aims to create a framework for activities that will result in enhanced cooperation between Ukraine and the border regions of the Member States in the period 2014-2020. The official lang uage of the Programme is English, however, knowledge of the language and regulatory environment of the states concerned is required.
