Description - Description ENMAX Power Corporation is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to engage a Service Provider to develop a Solution (target state) Blueprint and Solution Design in support of the implementation of a new Integrated System Operation s Center (ISOC). Because Control Center migration is not something ENMAX does as part of its daily business, a project of such size and complexity requires resources and skillsets that are not readily available internally. Additionally, ENMAX has limited experience with a wealth of intellectual property and knowledge to draw upon as it goes through phases of the project, and thus it makes sense to rely on a partner engagement to provide knowledge
