Description - Description: As a result of the public procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework contract for a period of 12 months or – if earlier – until the budget is exhausted. If the budget is not fully exhausted by th e Contracting Authority during the 12-month period of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to unilaterally extend this period of the contract by a further 12 months – but not more than until the budget is exhausted.
