Description - Description: Fagråd for Ytre Oslofjord is a municipal cooperation that i.a. monitors the environment quality in Ytre Oslofjord, with an emphasis on eutrophiic. The monitoring programme has been carried out in a similar way since 2001. Continuing the long time series with data provides the possibility of documenting changes that occur in the fjord. Monitoring shall i.a. document how the fjord is affected by emissions from purified sewage water.The member municipalities are Fredrikstad, Halden, Hvaler, Moss, Råde, Sarpsborg, Drammen, Lier, Vestby, Våler, Horten, Holmestrand, Larvik, Færder, Sandefjord, Tønsberg, Skien, Porsgrunn and Bamble.
