Description - Description: FMSC is committed to delivering the highest quality services to the residents of Frontenac. The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to initiate the process of securing a partner to assist with the start-up of the Corporation and eventually the operation of systems on behalf of the Corporation.
